The only good part about this company is when it comes to installations. Then they are eager and quick to take your call, and do the installation. All other form of customer service stops there. Although all network related companies endure problems, this is by far the worst when it comes to feedback to customers. I have been having continues problems with them to give feedback. Although account is always paid on time, whenever there is issues, getting hold of the owner is impossible. My network connection provided by them, is used not only for leisure, but because I work full time from home, this is a bigger concern than only not having wifi. And because customer service is so bad, additional wifi on a seperate router needs to be bought and used in order to be able to continue my work. The owner, will once in a while send a email, to my work computer, when the wifi is off, that I can not access, because the wifi is off, to inform the reason for the wifi being off, instead of sending a message or replying to a message request, This is unacceptable and has been going on for some time.
I have always had a problem with Vodacom, Not only because of the poor customer service at ALL BRANCHES that I have visited, but because you can never seem to get answers to any form of query. I have Vodacom Insurance claim that I have been struggling with for at least 3 weeks now, send numerous emails, called numerous times, been made promises that Supervisors would call me back, and when calling back myself, the mysteries consultant who has been helping me, has disappeared, and is non excistant. My cellphone was stolen. I reported it to customer care, who locked to phone as well as the sim card. I went to the police station and got a affidavit as requested. I did the online claim, as I hate going to Vodacom shop. There after I could not get hold of the insurance company to follow up with the claim. I talked to Vodacom customer care, who gave alternative email address to request a call back. (DID not work either) I phoned back a few days after sending 2 seperate mails, and talked to consultant who promised to assist me, but her manager was in constant meetings, and did not respond to emails. I was finally phoned back on 22.02.2019, by the sales consultant only known as Cindy, who promised me that a senior personal will call me on Monday to sort out my claim. I phoned back on Tuesday and this Cindy does not work in customer care? I spoke to a consultant whose supervisor would have called me back the same day. Today is 28.02.2019, no call back received, I send another email, to who nobody has responded to as yet.
