Nedbank Service
A transaction was made on my nedbank account that was not authorized by me. I made numerous phone calls and eventually got my dispute form escalated. Now my profile has been suspended, I went to the Nedbank branch in Ermelo and what a total waste of time, they always respond with, we are facing network problems please be patient with us. I am so frustrated call centre is not answering. I can not go on like this. Worst Bank ever, with the worst customers service.

MAC and Things
I saw a *****ulent transaction made by Mac and Things. They took R1204 from me. I don't even know this company!! I'm busy with Netbank to clarify how this is possible and how can funds just be taken without a 2 step verification. Very frustrated with this.

Makro online orders
I placed an on online order on 2014.11.28. I received a message that the expected delivery date is 2024.12.02, which in my opion was great but unrealistic. On Monday 2 December I received a message that my order was delayed. After alot of phone call, I was told that my order is handed to the courier services. Then after 2 other phone calls I was told the courier service had a shortage of drivers and that they cannot give an estimated time of delivery but I will receive a message to inform me of expected delivery. I was not home, then received a phone call I have a package, rushed home just to see it was my makro double door fridge.... I then noticed that it was myself and the driver to get this very heavy fridge off of a trailer, impossible for me to even try. Then the fridge fell off the trailer. I never received a delivery message, now I must wait for makro online to update my order only then will they replace my fridge which will take another 2 weeks. Highly irritated and frustrated because we don't have a fridge at this moment!

Wiegiekind Boutique
Disappointed in Wiegiekind Boutique. Full of promises but don't deliver. I ordered over R2000 worth of clothes November 2020. It is now 31 March 2021 and did not receive any clothes or given an update on the status of when I can expect my package.
