Terrible service from Innovation Group and Dineo Madiba. Waiting for over a week for feedback from her. Not authorizing service on my car, no feedback, nothing.
No car, no service, no feedback. Put my car for service a week ago, Wednesday 3rd Sep. It's now been a week, the car is still with them and still not even booked in for service and no one seems to care.
4 days of no internet. Made me buy a new router. Still not working. Countless hours on chat with them, now telling me it's an area problem. BS none of my neighbour's have issues.
Avoid this hotel. Arrived Tuesday at 11pm from a late flight, drunk group outside the entrance making noise. Got to my floor, man pacing up and down the corridor talking loudly on the phone. After midnight and men shouting, doors slamming, people going up and down.
It's been 2 weeks since the claim has been lodged and I have been waiting for someone to come and do an assessment / damage report. And Lerato Ramathebane only now sends me an email to ask for info she already has and if I have the damage report. No I have been waiting for you for 2 weeks Lerato?
Paid annual fee 5th March, it's now 23rd March and they are sending me reminders to pay. On the app it says membership is not active. Called them a week ago, they didn't help. Has my payment disappeared? It certainly says The Automobile Association on the bank statement.
Bought the car 20th Dec from Macdonald at Southgate. It is now 1st Feb and still no license disk or number plates after numerous follow ups. Macdonald admitted that he lost the plates and says he doesn't have money to pay for the new plates.
