I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing issues I have been experiencing with my Haval H2 which I purchased approximately two years ago. Despite being a relatively new vehicle (2018 model), I am facing significant challenges that have not been resolved. On July 19, 2024, both my original key and spare key stopped functioning simultaneously. Initially, I could start the car by holding the key near the start button, but this issue escalated. After taking my vehicle to a Haval dealership for diagnostics, I was informed that nothing unusual was detected. The dealership suggested replacing the key, stating this was an unprecedented issue for them. Unfortunately, the same "key not in the car" error has resurfaced. While I understand that technical issues can arise, I am frustrated by the lack of support from Haval’s head office, especially since I reported this problem back in July and it remains unresolved. Additionally, I faced a major issue with the air conditioning system. Despite the car having only 100,000 kilometers and a full service history with Haval, the air conditioning pump failed, necessitating a replacement of the pump, condenser, and filters,
