Stay away from Renprop!!!!I I Repeat!!!
I wish this company could be invested cause there's no way all of us have the same complaints. They do not want topsy-turvy back people's deposits and it looks very ***** and it's a ****. I will never recommend anyone to rent where these people manages cause you will never get your money back.

Poor Customer service
They have poor customer service ,Please spread the word to others,they don't communicate with their customers. I have been waiting for TWO MONTHS and I have been the one communicating with them ,I realized they do drop shipping that's why they are very slow with delivery ....I'll never recommend them to anyone . I have requested refund and I highly doubt I'll get my money back

Customer complain
I was purchasing my items and the lady who was the cashier there assisting me at Checkers mall of Africa was very rude she seemed unbothered and asked me to pack the items myself and the store wasn't full with no long ques, so I asked her if I have to pack everything all by myself she said yes with no hesitate, and she continued scratching her head and looked away I even took a picture of of her.
