I asked for banking details and to have my tobacco delivered here in PE. Fortunately they were quick to give me the option of picking it up; I have many days where I just don't have the time and Wesley's has the friendliest staff, the best service and they are well organized. Two thumbs up from this chick!
My wallet went missing the other day, from the window at my house. It was found just down the road by a concerned citizen and they called me to say they had cancelled my cards. They ordered new ones for me; they were both delivered within 3 days of ordering. No queues because they get delivered to a locker. DSV. They also were the only bank who got back to me for a business account. I had applied with FNB (who was my preferred bank and with whom I already have an account for 13 years), no reply. ABSA, no reply, Nedbank, helped me through the process and set me up with a personal and business account. Their service has been fantastic from the moment I signed up. Their banking app is easy to use, their greenbacks awards are worth the R23 spent with my American Express card. Excellent all round banking, personal, like in the old days...
Julien Jansen is a bad reporter, his conduct is poor, he publishes lies and doesn't even follow up on the "letters" people send in to be published. His article has cost me my future. He is scum of the earth and writes for a poorly administered newspaper. News 24/rapport is useless information which could hurt people's reputations. & they just don't care...
Services offered are not met; I have waited up to two weeks for them to call me back. I am unimpressed that the queries or complaints are not immediately seen to, none of the quality, value added relations are taken into consideration and their phone line is never answered.
I received a letter of demand from Loan Hub SA. Not only was I fined for not paying the required amount to engage in business but, I was told I must pay a fine for the debit order being unsuccessful. I must pay R49 per month for a "convenient inner circle package" which I have already told to please ****** off. The information needed to apply for a loan is sacred. These people have grossly misused their advantage and now, without any actual contact or use of these services I must pay R1279.00 for filling out a form. When I couldn't find any contact information, I was worried. Again, they targeted my bank account, each time it happens, I have to pay FNB per reversal because I can't get hold of these people. I have replied to their demand, I recommended they cancel all services and stop deducting the Convenient Service Package - Activation Fee R399.00 Payment Received from Client - Debit Order Payment R0.00 Convenient Service Package - Monthly Fee R99.00 Penalty Added to Account - Debit Order Failed - Dispute - No authority to debit R110.00 Payment Reversed - Debit Order R399.00 Convenient Service Package - Monthly Fee R99.00 Penalty Added to Account - Debit Order Failed - Unsuccessful - Not Provided For R110.00 Account Settlement (1 x Month @ R99.00, plus 8 x Months Early Cancellation Penalties @ R45.00 per Month) R459.00 TOTAL AMOUNT DUE TODAY: R 1,276.00 I am reporting them to the NCC. I would not recommend this company. This is FRAUD in all it's glory people. Shut down the website now!
