Cancelled policy
I was a Outsurance policy holder for over 10 years. I had a life policy. Due to my financial situation I missed 2 premiums and my policy was canceled. I informed them of my situation and also asked them to bring my policy down so that my premiums will be lower. No luck at all. Now I have a life policy with another company but my cover is only a quarter of what I had with Outsurance. Very disappointed.

Worse service ever from FAITH IN ACTION LOGISTIC.
I arranged to move my stuff on the 14 of December only to be told that they will come on the 15 of December 2020 and the time of arrival was so late.The move was from Pretoria to KZN south coast.These guys are not professionals to move furniture. The transport was not road worthy.They carry 20 liter drums filled with diesel which is a safety hazard.The attitude of this guy Victor is pathetic.I had to move 3 big TV's with my own car to KZN although it was on the inventory list.He told me that the trip will be overnight to KZN and should be at my new place around 10 am.I left that morning around 6 to KZN.I arrived at my place around 10 and they did not arrive.They only arrived around 5 in the afternoon.The truck always seem to breakdown.The owner of the truck Mr Pierre Rossouw from Cluview east Pretoria do not hire your truck to Victor.This guy is a problem.To Faith in Action Logistic why are you using people that are tarnishing you name.Your name is christian like but your action is pathetic.People please do NOT use these guys.This letter is shortened.

Bad service
To cut a long story short.In September 2018 i serviced my at at SAC Centurion.Normally i do not check my oil and water level because i never had a problem with that .Yesterday at Sasol i decided to check the oil and water .To my surprise i was told by the petrol attendant that my oil level is tooo high.I got of the vehicle and did the test 3 times and it was vert high. I have been driving for about 6 months to Midrand and back.Luckily nothing happened to my engine.I took my car to a service center close by(05/03/2019) and got the oil drianed to the correct level.I tried calling them several times no one answered. No more will i be taking my car to SAC Centurion.They nearly cost me my car. Regards Mickey
