It is extremely difficult to get your deposit back from them after renting commercial space. The sales staff are very very rude. It is impossible to speak to anyone with any authority on the phone - the receptionist gate keeps.

We rented a shop from them in very poor condition
We rented a shop from them in very poor condition. The shop needed repainting. The toilets were frequently broken. There are lots of broken tiles in the building. Therefore we were not able to trade or stay. We left the shop over two months ago. To this day we have not received our deposit back.
