If I could give them a 0 star I would. My flight from PE to JHB on the 10th of October 2025 got cancelled by apparently bad weather, which we did not have. All other flights had a delay but due other reasons if you do your homework. Cemair just did not wanted to compensate people for overnight accommodation and that is why they used bad weather as an excuse. I'm definitely taking it further.
Vodacom standards has fallen so much. I had so much troubles just to get a problem sorted out and now the problem carries on. I specifically gave them my address for delivery and they get it wrong. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for delivery and now it's going to be longer because you have to confirm it and have not done it yet.
Vodacom disappoint again. I have done an upgrade again after they convinced me not to cancel my contract. I was suppose to get a simcard with the phone which never arrived. The consultant that helped me messed up. A manager was suppose to phone me back nearly 24 hours ago and still waiting. Manager is Fiona Ndlovu from Vodacom Retention. Worst service ever. I think it might be after over 20 years with Vodacom split with them. Horrible horrible.
If I could give them a 0 star now I would. I have logged my missing voyager miles now more than 2 months ago and it's still not sorted. They don't even reply on e-mails. Why run a program then. I'm sure I had to be up a tier by now.
Worst company ever. I spoke to them about moving houses and if I will have a proper connection where the consultant guarantee me yes because I wanted to cancel my service as yo my knowledge I won't have good connection. When I moved I had terrible connection. I logged a faulty signal for 2 months. They did not come out Rain to test. I then cancelled my service on which they billed me for 2 months still. I query the bill to accounts and still 2 months later I'm still waiting for Rain to get phone me in regards to the signal fault and the bill. They keep on debit my account and making my record look bad. I have probably 20 references numbers.
Good day Vodacom. You did say to leave a message for you guys to contact me again in the new month which I did but still have not receive a call from you. Can you please do so to sort out my account. Regards.
Vodacom disappoint again. A month now I ask to sort out something and still luck. Why stay with them. They want to take away stuff which I've been getting for years.
Vodacom, please explain to me when I had add ons on my account for years and they classify me as a VIP or they say PO700 clients they want to give me less now when I do an upgrade? Should I rather go to another network?
Discovery bank, the whole system with Discovery works when you have all the products from Discovery. Now, they don't want to give me a small credit of R10-00 even to make Vitality work. You will regret to go with Discovery. DON'T.
