Poor service
Such a shame how this coach company has fallen from grace. Delays, no updates, call centre not picking up the phone that if it exist!

Bullies and liars.
If you want to be intimidated, bullied, and lied to you will use one of their properties. There is no sense of respect and privacy. The cleaner goes door to door to harass those who are late by their rent instead of the agent communicating with you. Natasha who works at the office is very rude and seemingly enjoys threatening tenants, even during the pandemic, no understanding came from her side apart from eviction and door lock change threats, you are called all names e.g trash by their boss in their WhatsApp group. Horrible and very poor administration

Intercape Staff service- Park Station.
Very rude staff, though one person can't represent the whole company but the negative attitude towards passengers from this lady in glasses. I was on my way to Nelspruit on 07/05/2021 at 07:30 am, my mistake was to ask if I can also check-in since I'm seeing other passengers doing so and I was met with a very aggressive, don't give a damn I'm just doing my job to get paid attitude. I was embarrassed Poor service I should say.

CMTRADING BROKER
I started trading back in 2010 and after being pushed from pillar to post by the lack of trading tools and client service from other brokers that I cannot name I then decided to look for a new home,fortunately I landed at CMTRADING and that is when,where and how I got to experience an open door policy whereby if I was not certain about anything it was and still is to call and resolve that with the founder himself(Daniel Kibel) of which is one of the reasons why I found CMTRADING outstanding and also what added comfort to me was that they are regulated by FSCA formerly FSB.if I am too busy to trade I can easily copy other traders of which is easy to do because their perfomance is rated so my decision to copy them is well informed.We got into the business part where I was to become the business partner,payments of commission are always on time,client tracking using their back office systems is super efficient,personally I would recommend anyone to trade with them.
