This company promises alot. However, they quick to debit 1 year later and I nothing done by them terrible service. From what Iam reading now its all showing to bad service and they not legit.
On the 19th of September this year I received a sms to say if I activate the Access package I would pay only 85 rand and not R 105.00 , so the 23rd I paid the stipulated amount and called them to say I am a compact subscriber they must down grade but I then had to pay again I dont have the receipts ?They said where did I get such an sms from it is on my phone till know. I spoke to a different customer service agent twice a day they wasted my airtime and time with not delivering a package that showed me the 66 channels advertised. The 7th of October I called to escalate the matter to say my account is not active there is no channels, almost every second day I called DSTV escalating the matter of no channels yet I downgraded nobody ever called me back after I had got very ride and frustrated after a whole month of only 4 days of dstv I called them to say they must keep the service. They do not know how to treat customers nor do they know of keeping a customer. I dont want to deal with them Pathetic Service I hope they take my complaint and hear it out. There people working in the Call centre clearly dont know what they doing or they have a good memo to read to customers !!!! I even asked what they willing to do to keep me as customer and they could not answer , promises but no action happened ? As for the Whatsapp DSTV number thats more stupid with repeated questions that just automated no clarity resolution came to me and nobody ever calls you bac****!!!!!!!!!!!!!
