no invoice for deliveries
in 2018, October we ordered 2350 overalls , 2350 safety boots, 2350 orange t-shirts, and 2350 gloves for EPWP but Brian Porte Company did not provide an invoice and not even a delivery note for the overalls we received, they just send a courier company to deliver. They claim that their business is paperless. Last month again Ordered 1560 safety boots for our Port Elizabeth branch, good quality boots, but they did not bring the delivery note for us to sign for the order. We did not receive an invoice for the boots. They said they do not pay tax so we just paid and the shoes where just delivered by courier. Is this legal? The owner claims that he is not registered for VAT and he does not charge and pay VAT.
