I bought the Velvet Touch Dover bed. It was delivered and assembled by them on the 9th of September and 10th of September my mattress fell through and mind you my partner and I weigh 120kg in total but it came apart. I’m so disappointed in the poor quality of the bed and the delivery took soooo long. I will definitely escalate and get my money back.
I bought a wig from HotDot in July and a consultant called me to tell me that it was out of stock and asked me if I would like to wait or get a refund then I asked for a refund which takes 4 weeks. I’ve called them countless times once the 4 weeks lapsed to follow up to be told that it will be paid out on a Friday, I keep getting referred to Jay and Vincent. Big scammers!
I have been having trouble with a sim swap for the past 2 weeks now. I’m being thrown around like a yo-yo and I still have to pay a bill at the end of the month. MTN your service is terrible and I am losing business and clients thanks to your incompetence. I’ve been going up and down now to the shop and they can’t help me. I have emailed you and you bounce me around different agents who keep asking me the same questions. I call your service Centre “champions” who tell me a whole load of nonsense i.e. they can’t help me. Why are they service champs if they can’t help. I paid R115 for a re connection fee and am still not connected!
