I have still not received a call from a senior as promised. This company is a let down on all higher levels. From finance to the complaints department.
My debit order has not been set up 2 months after asking for it to be and I get told my WiFi will be cut if I don’t pay. On the other hand. I have money that I was told would be paid back to me within 7 - 10 business days. I am still waiting. Calls from finance are never answered. They are always busy even if you call 3 minutes after they open. The only people who work in that company are the support agents. I’ve sent an email to complaints and yet to hear from them. Utter disgust in this service.
WORST WORST EVER. OVERPRICED. ATTITUDE. RIP OFF. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!. Try to charge R7000 for 20 minutes work that was not asked for and could not justify what R7000 was for. Left our house with no electricity worse than it was before .... and mother is on oxygen. I guarantee that most good comments here are fake. VERY BAD
