I applied for a Vodacom Fibre Contract. The local Vodashop gave me a temporary modem with 100 gig data. Then after 2 weaks I was disconnected. When I phoned them they told me that I'm connected to VODACOM FIBRE. which was not true!!. So I went to see the owner of the franchize and he phoned . Next thing a bloke was send to my office. Before he left he told me I will be connected the next day. Which was not true!! Then 2 days later I went to see the franchize owner again. The same day another bloke pitched up. He left after a short while and told me he will be back within an hour.Never saw him again!! So the next day VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE phoned me!! The woman said that she will see to my problem and that she will phone me again. NEVER heard from either. Today at 4 the franchize owner phoned me and told me that my problem is solved , I just have to reset my router and I will be connected. I did that but still was'nt connected. Then the same Eric guy from VODACOM phoned just to inform me that i'm now connected. So I told him to talk kak to someone else. I 'm to old to be handeld with disrespect a d on such arrogant matter. so I've decided to cancel my contract first thing tomorrow
This is my last review of the above mentioned BMW garage in George. Initially I was schocked at the treatment which I stated in ny first review. I Received my BMW on Monday and I 'm pleased to say that I these people bend backwards to get the part quicker than 21 day's . I specially want to thank Jaco , the technician that replaced the parts and flushed the whole fuel system. He did an excellent job and I returned to my home in Bloemfontein effortlessly. Furthermore I must mention the friendly admin . People , Steven and Nannette and the people of the parts department. Thanks to Raymond Botha who gave me a courteousy car to drive for 2 days. It really ment a lot to me.
Hi Peter After my hello peter they treatet me quite nice. The manager gave me a 320 i BMW after I explained my circumstances to him.then on Friday they told me to bring the car back because another customer needs it. On my arrival,The mechanic explained to me that there were sand in diesel tank, and even showed me a photo. He told me that he flushed it and that it is now clean. He further told me that he wil go down the fuel line and eventually sort it out.The cost at this stage stands at R18 000.. The fuel pump in the fuel tank he said is the first to replace ,but it is on backorder and could take up to 21 days to arrive, and if het had a choice he would replace everything ;fuel tank the filter the 2 pumps and even the injectors. He is obviously a knowledgeable man. But one of the many reasons I drive a BMW , is that the computers attached to the car to diagnose will tell you exactely what the problem is because there is sensors all over. Why tell me he is guessing or that is the impression I got. Before I took the courtesey car back I drove to Mosselbay to buy a busticket for my people back to Bloemfontein. My self is stuck with our dogs here until the car is repaired. The manager told me by phone that there are ways to get the parts here sooner and even offer to organize a rental car for a better price but I decined the offer because of the many people and friends I know that retired here and might lend me a car. I would like to give another review after this ordeal
Yesterday morning 10 am i could'nt get my car to start so i phoned thenearest BMW dealer, Lynn Schroeder BMW. They eventually send a technician, totally uexperienced , later i learned that he was just a driver!! So I had to send my car on a low bed recovery vehicle to the dealer. Nobody as yet phoned me to say they received the car. No feed back at all. As yet i don't know when they will diagnose and repair the vechicle. I'm on holiday in Mosselbay and i'm stuck. They have' nt even offer me a courtesy vechicle. This is the poorest I have ever been treated in the 33 years that i owned a BMW. These people are rude, unwilling to help. Not courteous at all. It is absolutely shocking
