Not a pleasant experience at all... I went to escapology the day before I was due to leave on vacation and booked an appointment to have my nails done. Whilst there is showed the salon lady a specific picture of what I wanted and asked for a price. She confirmed R250. The next day I attended my appointment a few hours before I was due to fly... I had my nails done as per the picture I had shown the day before... the "ombre" style wasn't exactly as i would have liked, but I was willing to accept it. I was also told that I had to ha e acrylics as the technician couldn't do ombre with gel... something I wasn't happy about as acrylic damages your nails so much more than gel. When it cam to pay, I was charged R350 instead of the agreed R250... the reason behind this R100 increase... I had 2 small strips of glitter put ring finger.... I explained that this was already shown in the picture and we had agreed on the cost the day before... the owner would not budge, saying that was the price... I begrudgingly paid and left.... only to have 2 of the brand new nails come off nit even an hour later when I was at the airport.
