Poor, pathetic service and management. Confounded ****s starting with management. First complaint was about our reservation which was not documented the Manager did not know that the lady that my reservation was one of his new staff. Second, our assigned waiter complete **** my wofe made a joke when he brought her ****tail perhaps to high level of joke, second placed us in total isolation couldn’t care less or bother if our service was in line, 3rd said multiple people complained about us being loud only brought out our waiter and a second waiter whom my wife asked for management said she swore at him I asked him specifically what was said he couldn’t answer. Dont go there they are reverse ****** very said. I don’t recommend anyone visit there their lack of people skills and the way they treat customers speaking in foreign language being assisted by V&A security who could not justify but agree to have us escorted out without even finishing our main poorly and completely disgusting.
Let me start by saying that I had thought I had made the biggest mistake ever at first by purchasing a premiums collectors pre owned machine or my timing was wrong. Taking time to realise the type of vehicle and unknowns at the end of the was completely my choice. After taking delivery of this machine which is stuck with me for life, I had encountered issues with the vehicle, issues that I am not accustomed too and bot manager and salesman at the time had left, nevertheless the new Manager whom today has my utmost respect was informed of the agreement prior to the sale. Difficult position for everyone at the time however having the proof and facts he had stepped in and requested the vehicle be returned to be addressed which it was, not too long after that something new again and the vehicle had to be sent back. Yes it was and had been which cumbersome but the mere fact that he had and I can attest to nature of business is constantly busy, everytime even when the vehicle came to stop on the highway at almost midnight came out with his Son to assist and ensure that we had arrived safely home even though I have insurance number one, number two to ensure that by the start of the new business week having the vehicle picked up and attended to and only returned after he personally has tested and confirms the vehicle is in the condition that it has meant to be in, now you show me a dealership who would take that responsibility. Today, I feel like little kid opening a birthday gift because my car has been attended too and is just what I have dreamed off since this vehicle was released. Being accompanied out by this respectable gentleman and his son along with all the Big Apple Bellville branch staff waving me off happy and full of smiles was one the best days of my life. The sales went very fast yes but what matters in cases like this is the after therefore I highly recommend Big Apple Motors Bellville for an extraordinary customer experience. Be it a new vehicle or pre-owned even directly from a franchised dealership does not guarantee there could be a ***** loose somewhere but how they chose to deal with is what matters and we have all heard the negative and the positives and yes you’re just a normal customer but Big Apple Motors Bellville made me feel like part of their team throughout the buying and repairing experience. Ever since I purchased a vehicle from this Dealership by means of a purpose loan, I have not had the car for a full week. It has been with the ************* dealership for 7 months and they look to shift blame when the car breaks coming from their dealership. They SOLD CODE 3 cars WOW as per previous reviews. I am still paying for a car that I dont have. And they have now put my livelihood at risk. I have submitted evidence hence they still have the car!! Your threats do not intimidate me. Stop selling broken cars and be transparent in your dealings. You are not a fair dealer and now you are brought to like with others, you threaten and demand I silence myself. I will not it is my human right to inform my fellow South africans of your ********* practices and lies to get cars sold and then run down the financial state of your clients because you do not working in line with the AA standard. You put my family’s life in danger because you were neglecting to fulfil your basic responsibility. Sell proper cars not broken cars that you pass charges onto clients. Have some dignity if you find it. You are not a business that values people. You are not men of your work and lie to get people to trust you. It is disgusting what you would do for a quick buck. Just know God watches what you do.
I purchased a vehicle BMW 2007 (premium high powered)in January by means of a purpose loan which they have an agreement with Capitec Bank in the event the vehicle finance repayments are too high and for cars older than 10 years motivated by management as per knowledge. Upon arrival to view the vehicle I had to do a pre-approval to confirm a successful application prior to even seeing if the vehicle exists. From there I was accompanied by the salesperson who is no longer with the comany including the Dealership manager at the time also no longer with the company to validate my application. It was successful and Big Apple were paid within an hourr, prior to that and finalising with the Bank due to credit score tempering and to avoid a negative impact on my Name I agreed on certain Terms and Condition's servicing, paintwork, mechanical and technical reports, 40 point check as I haven’t seen, started or test driven the vehicle based on their process and the fact that battery was dead. Bith Salesperson and Manager agreed as I have given them enough time having to travel for work. I was contacted on the 02/02/23 to confirm the work according to the agreement was in place and the Mangers actually advised that he is standing infront of the people carrying out the work. 03/02/23 a day later I was informed the vehicle is ready for collection. Since then, I have never had the vehicle for a full week (MIOSA REF:387016 BMW SINGH) logged in March and Instructed Big Apple in April which they have agreed to fulfil the agreement prior to original sale which they have falsified the service books and are using parts of inferior quality. This has caused a very bad impact and a possibility of Job loss, financially it has had an impact on my personal home life (spouse, 2 daughters age 8/14). I have not reached 700km with the vehicle and the mileage that have put on the vehicle was and has been up and down to the dealership. Due to desperation I have we have reached an agreement based on fulfilling the mechanical work as the the rest according to them is cosmetic however was part of my original agreement prior to sale, now they are delivering the vehicle not checked by certified mechanics and upon test driving all the electronic functions fail which actually putting my wife and my life in imminent danger as upon a test drive on the highway the vehicles electronic system failed shutting down the vehicle locking all systems- brakes, steering etc. rolling onto the yellow line based on the direction of the steering wheel due to me being and thinking fast enough, luckily I was driving at a moderate speed not allowing for a smash or endangering other road users. We were confronted by people passing by attempting to rob or high-jack us. This people have strategised to deliver vehicle not according to MIOSA providing all relevant job cards, invoice, reports etc and are seemingly to state or look for an opportunity to say I am the cause which was fortunately for me not the case. The vehicle is with them since 20/09/23 I have no clue or idea as the where and what is now being done. MIOSA’s response to me regarding an eta is to practice patience however this as mentioned is a case of possible job loss as I am unable to meet my job requirements and detrimental financial loss have to seek alternate mode of transportation to meet my job requirements for travelling via UBER or Lending vehicles from friends ir family at an additional cost apart from just fuel and all the negative impact that follows.
Aiwa 60” viewed online as per specs , went into store to puchase , went through the test phase ( screen in working order )and the basics which did not stipulate not according to spec . Upon my enquiry the advert has been rectified and I am to required bring the tv back ( area distance -inconvenience )for a refund and takesomething according to my spec withing the the same price range which is less also mentioning that a letter of apology was sent by the supplier and thats is it which I am unable to obtain as per Branch Manager Danie Van Vuuren . I have mentioned the reason for the purchase apart from cost effective was the required specifications and his attitude directs me to the cpa or which ever legal process I wish to follow ! I have images of the advertised TV in question which is also according to him of no relevance at this stage .
