Disappointing service and behavior from this company. From the time I requested their service til to date. The call out was a nightmare they guy took a taxi to my area then he got lost. I had to pay him R750 tk order the part. He **** about ordering the part after the diagnosis was made. I had to order the part myself and then they never returned to put the part in the dishwasher. I had to find another company do they their work and pay again. Now Pretoria appliance and TV are not answering my calls because they know I'm awaiting my refund.
I purchased 2.5 TCI Diesel GWM from the SMD Pretoria Branch. Collected the vehicle and brought it to my yard just to find out it was a 2.2 Petrol. The invoice stats I purchased a 2.5 TCI Diesel GWM. I immediately contacted SMD with the complaint and was told the branch manager Leandrew would contact me. Two days passed with no call from him. I Then contacted head office. I spoke to a lady by the name of Kazi she responded that they could not take the vehicle back. I then received an email from Jason from the Pretoria Branch informing me that they could only auction the vehicle on my behalf and could not guarantee I would get what I paid. I'm in need of a 2.5 TCI engine and this is my reason why I purchased a 2.5 TCI Diesel. They mislead me to believe I was purchasing a 2.5 TCI GWM Diesel. This is false advertising as this is not what I bought according to my purchase. Should I be inspected by the SAPS anytime during this time I will be prosecuted for having a vehicle on my premises for which I do not have the correct documentation for.
