Im so disappointed with Jackpot.co.za casino, so yesterday i deposited R100, played and won R250 then i withdrew it. Then i redeemed 50x spin bonus which gave me R47, played with that bonus then i lose and opt out of bonus. I then Reversed my withdrawal the one i made ealier before taking their bonus- mind u the i have already opt out of that bonus... I played using my real money that i have reversed and won again. Then i chat with the support asking them if the 5x Cap still applies even if i did not play with their bonus, Kyle said " its all good". Then i continued playing and withdraw the R500 which was successful. I was left with R700 on my balance then after 12 when i go check on my Jackpot account i found R00. Clientele debited my account even after they have confirmed to cancell my policy. I had to cancell the policy. By the 18 March 2019 they sent an sms confirming my policy is cancelled. Then the 26 March theres s debit order of R220 from clientele. I asked them to reverse my money back, they emailed me to wait 30 days. How could you do that.
