Where to even start with this experience.when I arrived there was one other couple waiting to be assisted, they had to go and find the nurse who takes blood pressure, sugar etc.that was about a 40 min wait .as I sat there more people arrived.same story .I watched as a man had to ask a few times if they could please help his wife who was very ill sitting in a wheel chair,guess what no one helped her, the poor woman had to sit there like that another 2 hours...then a very ill man came in there vomiting in a cooler box, and sleeping on cooler box as he was so so ill.during this time the nurse who is supposed to assist with taking stats is no where to be seen ,so no one can open a file yet as this is needed to be done first, I'm fully aware that it is an ER but it doesn't mean that we are not coming there in an ambulance it makes us less of priority ,I myself was having chest pains.i eventually got up and left ,looking at the reviews the service is clearly not being addressed or fixed.what a disappointment of a hospital.this is where sick people are going for help and paying alot of money for it.i will never ever be coming back to this hospital .

I have had a price lock plan now for 11 months. From the second month the issues started ,they kept debiting my account for various amounts. by month 6 they cut my dstv ,debiting up to 12k ,how can a person owe 12k when you have a price lock that has been active for 6 months? After debiting i sat without dstv for 2 months,they put my account on hold. They then further said i owe more money . Paying it to try get the issue sorted out as it was showing on my ITC records. Come to light that not ONE payment has been allocated to my account. I have spend over 10 hours on the phone with dstv ,passed from person to person, I have sent all proof of payment etc to around 15 people and still no allocations have been done. I have gone in to the branches many many times. I have been told that they can see that i have paid alot ,actually the whole subscription. BUT NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY THESE HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOCATED TO MY ACCOUNT. I have spoken to managers and supervisors and have been promised positive feedback. TO DATE NOTHING. I will probably after this get a 'message "stating someone will be in contact . JAAAAAA RIGHT
