So I have been a very loyal customer to the J&S sushi restaurant in Athlone, and spent tons of money. This is now the second time I place an order directly with them and it my order gets damaged. I send them pictures and all I get is a “we are humbly sorry”. Best believe if I was an influencer my order would have been free, because that is where there marketing comes from majority of the time. I am so upset with their putrid services.
On the 31st of May I placed an order with Nandos in Vangate Mall. The delivery guy called to say they unable to deliver, I accepted the fact and requested my refund with Nando’s as I paid online. Now first red flag was that I need to call them to send my banking details. The next day I go to the store just politely reminding them and asking if I could have my money, they say no the processed it already and I need to wait. I accept that politely aswell. A week later I have to call and the manager goes back and check, shockingly the account manager apparently forgot to process my money 😳😳. It is now the 18 June 2022 and still no refund. I am shocked my this bad service and the lack of empathy. Our convenient was it to take my money and have no decency to return it as fast as it was taken. I literally just had it with them. I am livid and want to take this further because *** 😤
