Worst customer service ever
If I could give no stars I would, NEVER purchase form this website, disgusting customer care. they sell you a machine with the software sounds good, but they email you the activation code and serial number but keep no record of it on hand so if the email is no longer available it is your loss and you'd have to repurchase. When asked and confronted about it I was met with a 'next time you purchase the software send a courier to pick up the piece of paper' Disgusting how you can run a business this way. And looking at the replies they give on bad reviews you can see just why they get the bad reviews. will NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER.

To start off with , this place doesn’t even deserve a rating . Worst Service I’ve ever had , A Condement of salt broke over my pizza , we called the manager and he had an arrogant attitude , saying he will see what he could do , no customer s****s at all , then the boss came and had even a more terrible attitude saying I did it on purpose , why would a person do that on purpose, and the more we tried to explain the more he got Agro , and said we should get the bill and go. What a way to treat your customers , and the pizza was burnt the food was terrible. Worst service I’ve ever had.
