For over 6 years I have been a client of One Plan. Today my 2 dogs need to go for their annual check up vacs. I went onto the app to load the approval. Only to br told that its not available. I contacted the call center WhatsApp to be sent the following: Thank you. Kindly note that we are unable to load funds for you at this time because you have a rejected casualty claim dated 13/11/2024. You will need to make payment for this claim to be recovered. Once your claim is updated, you will be able to load a new claim. We have sent you a PayFast link—please let us know once you have made the payment so we can assist you accordingly. Firstly they have taken over R800 off my account every month for the last year but have blocked both of my dogs for a R350 claim that they apparently rejected for some reason in Nov 2024 for 1 of my dogs. Please explain how this is fair.
I ordered a Penna furniture solid wood 2 seater ottoman on the 01st March through Makro online. This product showed available stock on order. On confirmation it showed delivery would be 13th March, which I thought was a bit of a long lead time for something in stock. Their online portal did not show any progress so I called their 0860 number and was told that they would escalated it but it was a supplier issue. 4 more phone calls later and delivery date has come and gone and still no further on what is happening with my delivery only that they escalated it. I ordered things from Shein 2 days after I ordered this and they arrived 4 days ago and I can't get an ottoman that's supposed to be in stock delivered from Joburg to Durban. As such a big business you would think if Makro was going to do business with a company they would make sure they were a reliable supplier unless Penna Furniture are just the scape goat for a lack luster online system ?
