JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.... I DISCOVERED THEY ARE ******... MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED THIS MONTH FOR MISSING PAYMENT, I PAID THEM AND THEY UNBLOCKED AFTER I SENT THEM POP. THEY KEPT SENDING ME OVERDUE INVOICES AND I SENT THEM AGAIN MY POP'S... THEY HAVE NOW AGAIN SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT STATING THAT FUNDS ARE ALLOCATED TO AN ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT EVEN IN USE AND THEY DECIDED TO RENEW WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH ME... THEY KNEW VERY WELL I WAS NOT PAYING FOR THAT PACKAGE AS IT WAS DORMANT.

Not sure if this review is useful but I don't think people deal with them anyway. Telkom does their dirty work. Telkom *****s the money and shares it with AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER... Their have no contact number on their website but they will just keep taking your money for a subscription you have no knowledge of.
I have a telkom subscription for R 199 pm and I pay R 500 pm extra to this Vertical Service Provider. I have never heard of these people I do not know what this subscription is about and Telkom and Vertical Service Provider are just having fun taking people's funds for no service offered nor explained
I have opted for a billing of R 199 per month for 80g + 80g in January 2024 and my billing is R 2 490 in May 2024, after calling on several occasions with no success I finally got to know that I must have clicked on a subscription button on their website and it's R 500 pm extra that I am billed paid to telkom by the way then Telkom pays this third party which non of the call center has no knowledge of. They don't even know what the subscription is for but it's on their website. I finally discovered that am subscribed to a company called Vertical Service Provider which I have never heard but the funds for this company is being collected by telkom. This Vertical Service Provider has no contact number and Telkom won't share any details about this company
This company stole my money, I told them to come and collect their phone coz they can't do a simple porting and now they taking money from my account.
