Neglected

They don't even deserve one star, rather minus one! Do not send the elderly there, they do not know how to take care of them. Totally useless. My dad come out after 3 weeks with bed sores, sores in his mouth and ehind his ears from the oxygen mask. The staff were clueless and the doctor was even worse. I am utterly shocked and saddened by the treatment he got 😪🤬

I just received the most amazing service from Thandiwe Nthombela Mahlopo at Customer Care Randburg. She was able to assist me with with my needs and helped me even further by saving me money. Great service Thandiwe!!
