Absolutely disgusting service! I booked for 9 nights at a hotel in Croydon, London. I need to move my dates as my flight was postponed. Noone answers to my emails or attends to telephones. R12500 later and wasted. What a useless company who should not be used by anyone.
Hi there. I am extremely unhappy with the service as well as my husband who has been unable to work due to internet being down (he works from home). I've had no response to my emails asking why nobody has helped me resolve the internet which has been down for 2 weeks now (since 26 March) . At this point I've really given up on getting answers as to why my line is on Static IP and nobody has gotten back to me. I pay almost R800 which is a lot for me and this is the service I get and at a loss now due to no work getting done in 2 weeks. What a nightmare this has been! If I knew better I would've picked another service provider.
