just not worth it
Almost as bad if not worse then telkom.. upgraded the internet package, no communication to me for a year.. and then all of a sudden i need a new router for double the price? and no a single bit of communication FOR A WHOLE YEAR

Poor service delivery
I ordered a combo kit at the end MAY. A lots of items were not in the box, like the carbon filter, clamps, timer. was told the carbon filter would be in stock MID JULY, it is now almost the end of August and still to this day i haven't received any news or the carbon filter which is included in the kit. the clamps that was missing, i had to buy myself. rather go somewhere else.

Really really bad service. Wasn’t helped even though the place was empty. We were seen but not helped and then rudely told to call the manager.
