I regret ever taking my child to Smiley Kid's in Klerksdorp, specifically the one on Monica Street. It has been the worst experience ever. In May 2024, I faced some financial difficulties and informed the principal that I needed to withdraw my child from the school for a while until we were in a better financial position. She refused, stating, "No, it's okay; we will just freeze your account." I then asked her to change my child's enrollment to half day not full day, and she eventually agreed. However, when the billing statement arrived months later, it showed a significantly high amount. When I inquired about this, she told me she would ask the accountant to make adjustments, but those changes were never made. Instead, she referred me to the accountant, even though I had been making all arrangements and agreements with her. When I attempted to contact the accountant, my calls went unanswered, and she never bothered to get back to me. My child was being picked up early after the winter holidays, and later, the principal informed me that the accountant had made changes late without ever informing us, yet they still expected payment. In December, my daughter did not attend school, but they continued to expect payment despite their poor service. Now, they are taking us to their lawyers, but they have never been willing to communicate with us from the beginning.
Vodacom vodacom 3 months back on the 25th of February 2019 i applied for a settlement qoute on my vodacom contract i got it and i paid the amount which was 4068.46 on the 26th February 2019 and a month later i get a call suddenly after they ignored my calls when i wanted to know about my cancellation,they decide to call me a month later on the 4th of April to tell me that i owe them R291 that i should pay that amount because my account is on arrears,i paid that amount but still my contract status is still open after paying for cancellation fee the so called outstanding balance and i now have bad credit report because of VODACOM!VODACOM i am really tired with this account of yours you ate my money i am enough now just clear my name been trying to apply for a car application i am rejected because of your stupid contract and errors please do something i am really tired now!Contract settlement payments and cancellation 1- ********** ********** and when you call me you are all lying to me"no you your contract is cancelled and we cleared your name"but my credit report says something else.
January 2018 i opened a contract with vodacom I have never really enjoyed my contract ever since that day i regret the day i got that contract,I applied for a 269 montlhy contract but i ended up paying 2000 for 3months,now I applied for cancellation on the 25th of February 2019 they sent me a Premature cancellation quotation I paid the amount of R4068.46 on the 26th of February 2019 i tried calling the cancellation site to check if my contract has been cancelled but it seems like my calls are being ignored i visited the vodacom store near me i got no help now they keep on calling me telling me that I owe them,my cancellation fee did not reflect.
