On THE 3 DEC, around 9:00 PM, COMING BACK FROM A YEAR END, I was unable to enter the complex due to a facial recognition failure. When I asked the security guard for assistance, he was hostile, refused to help despite my offering my access code, and threatened me, including saying he would hit me and that he knew where I live. I reported this serious safety concern to the body corporate, but received no response, which is extremely concerning. They are all rude from Avalon herself.. disgusting complex bombards you with lease renewal
this is the worst home rental business ive ever en counted they dont do not fix the glitches if anything happens , they haven't paid me my deposit even after the rushed me to move out they have excuses all the time about usage bul**** even if you've paid them
