So here I go again with a claim to the medical aid!!! I submitted 2 claims on the 22/04/2023 and have received nothing but a run around. I have called the customer care line and EVERY consultant has advised that the claims have not been captured but they will send it through for urgent capturing. Every time you are advised on this, you then are required to wait 7-10 working days for settlement! This has been going on for weeks. What I do not understand is that we pay our medical aid premium monthly which is by no means a small amount and this is the kind of service we receive! You are not able to speak to a team leader or a claims manager so you just have to keep on wasting your own time by calling and been told the same story. As a paying client once again, I am so disappointed in the service provided by this medical aid. Perhaps now after this, a consultant or team leader will call me and advise when settlement will be processed.
