Excellent service by the workshop manager
Although it was very frustrating to have my car at the Riverside Autobody for over a month, they truthfully gave me the indication and estimated timeframe when i booked the car in. They rightfully advised me to get a courtesy car through my insurance. The overall service was good, but i would like to single out the workshop manager, Matthews. He is an ambassador of that workshop, he even came to my home during his leave days to fix what was outside the panelbeating scope of work. This extra mile saved the workshop and insurance company time and money because my car was supposed to be booked and taken to VW for reprogramming. Instead he found the problem and fixed it for free.

Outsurance is boozer
I used to see people giving great reviews to Outsurance on TV, i thought they were bought until i submitted my claim. My car written off neh, Outsurance took three days to finalize my claim. When i submitted my claim, my claims officer was Ratish Kandhai. I was so scared imagining the prospect of paying the car for 4 and half years without it, Ratish was Godsend, he updated me throughout the whole process. Every little development, he called and assured me that everything will be fine. When i met the investigator Shahid Koeries, i was scared to death. He politely asked me to calm down and tell him the truth of what happened. He assured that he wants to help me, only if i tell him the truth. I did that and within 24 hours, he called me and told me that my claim has been authorized. If you are thinking of joining or changing insurance, i recommend Outsurance. They look for a reason to help you, not reject your claim. Also when i told my colleagues about the accident, they asked me who is your insurance, i said Outsurance, all of them they said "dont worry, they will pay". A colleague of mine also had an accident two days after my accident, and also her car was written off, she was also insured by Outsurance, they also finalized her claim within 3 days plus shortfall.
