I was in daveyton in Roots Butchery the service was excellent I had a wonderful experience
I bought a bed on Thursday at best electric I paid cash and the promised me it gonna be delivered same day I waited and nothing was delivered. Wednesday I call in the morning and they told me that it's coming from Gauteng and it's gonna be delivered Friday 3:00pm I called again 3:30 pm and they told me 16:30 I gonna be delivered Saturday morning I went there and then told me the delivery guys on on their way to my home when those guys got there they disrespected the people at my home, they threw everything on the floor. When I got home I went straight into my room I wanted to open the bed and sleep on but it had a mark of a urine and hole of a spiring and it was smelling bad Monday morning I hired transport for R180 to return it back and they told me that the bed was coming straight from where house I couldn't understand that where the warehouse was in Uitenhage or Gauteng? They told me that they don't have money on Monday morning I said to them I will come Friday to collect my refund and they promise me that they will pay the money back in cash and should be at the store by 12 April Friday . Today 10 April I received a call at 16:34 that I must bring my bank statement and the money will be refunded by the head office even now I didn't understand how will the head office refund me back on my debit card if the store promise to pay me back cash. All round I think this is really bad customer service, they are trying to frustrate me.
