After my retirement, I contacted No Q UIF for assistance. Karen gave me good advice to made the process quite easy. She gave me feedback every step of the way and I got my UIF in my account as predicted. It was money well spent to engage Karen in the process
I joined the ranks of all the disappointed users of the eNaTIS online service. The registration on the platform and payment went smoothly. The money was out of my bank in a flash. But since then silence. For 12 days my license is in the printing queue and nothing happens. No reply to e-mail enquiry and a telephonic query just takes too long. Never again. This was supposed to be easier and not more difficult.
I am writing this message while standing in a long que at the Clicks in Menlyn. There are 3 open tills and about 20 people in the que. The duty manager can see the situation but seems unphased. No urgency. The is about a 20min que
