I just left the store now after an altercation I had with one of the female cashiers. I am so disappointed at the level of low client service standard I received. I was on the phone in the queue, looking at the cashier and waiting for her to call me. Then, I ask if I may come and she says yes. Then I ask her why she didn't call me and ahw says, I should have seen that I should come bcos she wasn't helping anyone. The level of disrespect was disgusting. Then I say to her, I thought she was busy ans didn't want to just come. She answers me still and says, busy with what cos I was on the phone. Please re train ur cashiers, cos therws no ways this is allowed
My husband was in an accident 2weeks ago. His car was written off. The guy who was doing a claim came to our house to see if he was really injured and took a foto of my husband for 'his report'. He had a device to put next to his fone to check if he was really at the scene when the accident happened. We were interrogated like criminals and ll because insurance companies are always trying to find a way not to pay. It takes less than 30mins to do their calims. But more than a week to payout. Eventually they said they won't pay because he did not mention that he has been in a accident before. But y then only use that when we claim because they needed to verify if everything he had said was true before starting to deduct.
