Had a bad experience with one of the cashiers at Southgate me Simamgele Mthiyane that lady has no customer service etiquette I don't think she should be working in store with customers her tone or manner of approach or does she look down on certain customers
On the 7th of April 2024 we were at Jabulani capitec to deposit unfortunately one of the atms did not allow deposits, we asked one of the client service champions to assist in explaining better to the customers in the long queue and assist better for a much better efficiency but the Guy Kgotso/Kgothatso kept on telling people to move away from the door when questioned why does he not assist he was laughing with his fellow colleague Musa light skinned lady the manager was not even bothered with complaints from customers she was literally sitting on her desk, so am tryna figure do they generally provide bad customer service at your Jabulani Mall branch or they just don't give a damn because we are black and in the township because what I saw in that branch yesterday is not what I have experienced when I go the the capitec branch in Diepkloof Square or Sandton City
On the 5th April 2024 at 12:15pm at KFC Maponya mall was ordering streetwise bozza for R30 the one with the mini twister cashier refused to sell it saying I have to add and extra R10 informed her I bought the meal for my child the previous day and was not charged extra she called her fellow colleague who imp**** the same was so ****ed, amazed how come they don't know their promotions or does she not know how to select the promo on the till opted for the one which comes with one piece even though I knew my daughter wanted the mini twist meal.. After handing my slip she made remarks that meal for R30 won't come with a cold drink I shall see I did not respond as I told her it's not my first tome time purchasing my promo I bought the previous day at a KFC in Diepkloof Square and had no hassles or do they take advantage because we in the township they can speak to us anyhow.. Really their staff should be called into order or taken to training for customer service.
These scammers keep in deleting their review I wrote about their incompetent consultants who mislead clients and take their money without helping them they make false promises when you call in regarding your profile their consultant Simon Martin is forever not in the office when u call and his line Manger Rethabile is forever in a meeting they ignore all calls and emails regarding a withdrawal letter since they failed to offer their services promised, they ignored our emails for call recordings to escalate matter to NCR but which has been ignored on several occasions
My mother was assisted by a consultant Simon Martin and his not professional he mislead my mother J Maleka to take their services makin promises he cannot keep my mother even paid up her debt in full and sent proof of Payment to him till date his ignoring our calls and emails for a withdrawal letter since he failed to provide a mere clearance certificate along with his line manager Rethabile who is forever in a meeting when we call in on a daily basis we have requested call recordings so we could escalate the matter to NCR our emails are ignored don't know how you hire incompetent an unprofessional staff
Simon Martin mislead my mother J.Maleka regarding their services whereby she eventually paid up all her accounts and he made false promises about a clearance certificate which he failed to deliver whenever we call in on a daily basis we are told his not in the office and his line Manager Rethabile is in a meeting every hour that we call, we asked for a withdrawal letter our emails are not responded when we call we are being placed on hold for 20 mins or more we requested call recordings so we could put forward our complaint to NCR which was ignored blatantly.. We are tired of being made fool by these Scammers of debts counselors we sent email to client services as well as escalations department no response till date we want out withdrawal letter we had enough of fraudsters like you.
My mother Jeanette Maleka was called and assisted by a guy named Simon Martin telling her their going to negotiate with her creditors with reduce her payments and she will pay debt busters which is what debt counselors do but in this case debt busters debited my mother's account as well as her creditors did debit after the consultant informed my mother that her creditors will not debit they gave my mother false hope all your calls are recorded will be requiring those recordings to take this matter further I will also ensure my mother cancels your services
Am not happy with the service that was provided for my mum they sold her dreams saying they will negotiate with her creditors and cancel her debit orders then they will debit from her account but there's no such my mom's creditors debited even debt busters also debited their amount what is really their job as debt counselors if creditors will still debit clients account and you also debit your share that poor client service will make sure my mother cancels your services you have taken her for a ride
On Saturday 28/5/22 sent an email requesting a quote for school uniform even called in the customer service agent advised she will reply my email on Saturday. Today 31/5/22 Tuesday I called in an requested the agent for a quote even provided my email address still nothing what is the point of having Customer service agents if their unable to assist.
Am not happy with their customer service agents service it's really poor been waiting for a call back regarding my child application I informed the agent of specific times to call me as am at work but agent calls during her own time whenever I call and ask to be transferred to the agent am being given a runaround I work with customers as well am an agent just like them but my emails are not being responded too or anything if my child's application cannot be processed even after making payment then my money should be returned so I could search for another school
