Being billed for services NOT rendered
In 2021 I had recently bought my property & expereiencing alot of plumbing problems. I was using Bettafix Plumbing regularly & paying promptly for their services. So they had recently come to work on my geyser & they left my taps dripping so I called them again to come & fix the taps they had left dripping (there was nothing wrong with the taps before then). So they come out & tighten the dripping taps, they also had to work on the mosaic which was loose on my shower floor but after checking the shower floors they (Bettafix guys) advised me to rather redo the whole shower floor since all the mosaic was loose anyway. This was going to be a job for another day & I needed a quote for the cost. Long story short I receive an email with the invoice in which I'm being billed for lifting of mosaic & for fixing dripping taps. Mind you they had left the taps dripping during another job & the mosaic was not lifted because they advised me to redo the entire shower floor & were gonna quote me on that 🙄. Innitially they were to replace the loose mosaic tiles which was not done following their inspection & recommendations. Now they are threatning to hand over my account & possibly blackist me for not paying this account. I have emailed them back in 2021 explaining the reasons as to why I was not paying this invoice & asking them to adjust the invoice accordingly so I can pay for the invoice which they have failed to do & have now instead resulted to threatning me with legal action. They have never ever bothered to respond to my concerns with their billing. I still say I do not mind paying the invoice so long as they remove charges for work not done & for fixing their own mistakes.

Amazing service amazing products
What great service I received from this company... Excellent service & great quality products. They sell amazing events & decor items. I received exactly what I ordered online & it looked exactly like the pictures I saw. Definately for the people by the people as their slogan says.

NOT SO GORGEOUS SERVICE
I feel like Gorgeous furniture SA has scammed me of my money I paid for the items I ordered in full including delivery fee & it has been over a month & I have not received the ordered items & I when I call & whatsapp them nobody is giving me straight answers. At first they lied about having sent items via courier but could not issue me with any tracking details or proof to that extent... It's a different story every time & "THE MANAGER IS NEVER THERE" according to the staff. I have demanded a refund but nobody is responding to my querries anymore & I am just being ignored. I JUST WANT MY REFUND SINCE THEY FAILED TO DELIVER THE ITEMS I ORDERED & THEY ARE NOW SEEMINGLY PLAYING HIDE & SEEK ????

Deeply regretful for choosing Kitchen Studio
I re did my entire kitchen with them last year December 2018. It's only been 4 months but the kitchen already displays a number of faults... The terrible thing is that they refuse to take any responsibility for the faults... in as much as much as their warranty does not cover water damage I did not expect their SUPPOSEDLY WATER RESISTANT WOOD PANEL which is situation direectly next to the sink to break down in less than 4 months supposedly from the kitchen tap... Furthermore the entire panel has shifted from its position & is lose. When you look at the panel you can see that it was not properly fitted to begin with but now they are blaming it on the kitchen sink to escape any responsibility as they stand by their word to not cover water related damage but the water only went in because the panel was lose which created space for the water to seep in. The funny thing is that they had given me wood sample to test its water resistant I had that sample literally soaked in water for more than 4 weeks & the sample survived. In my kitchen we talking about random water splashes from the kitchen tap how is it that it could have done so much damage... I really regret choosing Kitchen Studio to do my kitchen the overal standard of it does not meet the high quality standard of work one would expect from a company like Kitchen Studio. When I chose Kitchen Studio I wanted quality & the peace of mind from knowing that I have invested in something but now my kitchen has turned out to be a liability to me after all the money I have invested on it & I must say I am deeply dissapointed... ????
