Here I am back again becuse blue label connect and its employees are the Gods of Vodacom prepaid customers who knows how to mess up things iused my number from 2015 if am not mistaken as a vodacom prepaid customer then the mythologists Blue label connect decided to intervene and changed it to contract without my acknowledgment which is illegal and i even pray to the senders of corona virus to send fire to this company and liquidate even loose their licence I asked them to change my number bavk to prepaid the way it was THEY DECIDED TO CHANGE THE STATUS TO STOLEN AND WORSE PART DEREGIDTER IT ON NETWORK WHAT FOR only them knows and i still cant do swap am asking again remove the status you put as i ddnt steal my own number again i never requested you to put it on contract you got my number from vodacom it was working nicely so put it back the way it was and you have IT specialists who can do that!
This is a shame i just called your call center because i had my prepaid and very happy with vodacom then you decided to tak over md change my sim to a contact with ur stuppid R60 monthly which is useless now that my sim its damaged i cant even do a sim swop i called vodacom and they adviced me to contact you 0875501733 so that i can get an authorisation letter for me to do a sim swop now what a long process with so many road blocks and curves! i called your call center nd they still telling me to buy a contract sim card from game then call back again what a shame i curse the day you change my number to contract without my permission now i want to cancel this contract i want my number back to normal prepaid i was very happy without you intruding. 0825088504
Beware of Vodacom chowing our money for the poor your nextwork its really i bought 2gig and only to find out the other gig was taken i ddnt even use it and again after seeing that you are having a problem with your network why dont you let the balance left not to expire and carry over you guys are really chowing us daylight am gonna move to mtn ayi ngeke!!
So I joined the Old Mutual rewards and referred friends and family to it I then tried to reedem my points for vouchers it kept on saying Global Error I contacted the rewards department and I was told to email my certified ID copy and proof of residence so they can fix the problem manual i sent them on the 3rd April and was adviced it will take 5 to 7 days but still same problem global error I then emailed and called I was told they have a backlog I used my airtime and data to refer and now that I have earned the points i cant redeem them currently i have about R650 and it seems like its really a fortune to get this work and redeem points am so so much disappointed as Old mutual its a big company to play around like this
