Pathetic customer service, no response

I have been trying to contact their head office multiple times with no avail. They are declining me due to low credit score with is highly impossible and I have been sending countless emails since October 2025 for them to appeal my apparent low credit score checks, I currently have a 620 credit score which is more than average. Pathetic customer service

MTN suspended account

Their customer service is pathetic. I tried calling in multiple times today and their voice menu refuses to continue after entering my number multiple times, I left the AVM to play and the call got cut after 3 attempts, their whatsapp line only gives 2 options for FAQs and buy for a number! Most ridiculous service I ever received, and this is all for them not keeping to my debicheck mandate and then suspending all my accounts due to them not triggering the mandate! Fix this ASAP

Great service and great company for car accessories

I was looking for accessories for my vehicle and Shans Accessories came up. I loved the individualised service and the quality of products are great. When I booked my car car in, it was the only vehicle being worked on and the guys placed different items on the car and I picked what I liked and made my car look unique.
