At Texo they treat you like they doing you a favour. Steven is also permanently in a bad mood. We used to send polite emails regarding faults we were having (almost constantly) and get the most angry responses you could imagine. It was comically bad service!! It’s amazing how these guys keep a business running.
They are the very definition of bad service!! Its like light and day going from the good service of Scoop or Rivolt to Evenflow. They so bad i sometimes just sit and laugh at them.
I buy APN data from them. They take 3 weeks to return a call and then are still rude about helping me.
This is the worst Virgin Active I have ever been to. The aircon has been broken for more than a month, the windows are still broken. The bell for the kids play area is still broken after repeatedly asking them to fix it. The Kauai is disgusting, the food is always gross.
The worst telecoms company in SA!!!
Thanks FST Group for your great product. I didn't have to sign a contract and my phones have been working perfectly since.
