No communication/ bad service
They were supposed to deliver my card since March, the first and second time they did call, but the phone ring once and they cut the call, tried calling them back phone not going through, received sms that I must email them to arrange delivery, sent more than 6 emails since March with response, really don't know how to get hold of them to deliver my bank card0 replies

i have paid for study material end of February, since then I haven't received, and when you phone them they will ask for your student number and ask you to hold after few minutes the call get cut off, this is irritating because i was supposed to write in June but I had to postponed for December because of this0 replies
