After being without internet for a number of days Alex Hlapa came on the line and relentlessly worked with me to resolve my internet problem. His persistence was truly amazing!!! Finally issue was resolved due to his absolute single minded focus to resolve issue !!! Truly lifesaver !!
We purchased wines from their wine store on 31st January 2021 and wines have not arrived. No one answers phones and or responds to email.
In a space of two weeks we have ordered twice and on both occasions there were inordinate delays in the delivery of our order!! It is so sad that an iconic brand is losing its way on service!!! Shocking and disappointing!!!
On the 18th May 2020 I took my vehicle NP200 to Nissan UMhlanga . NUR70400 I am still awaiting finalisation of authorisation for repair from Nissan South Africa. All docs have been submitted.
I contacted cool ideas to to upgrade our data line and this was done! At the end of that month I paid pro rata the difference for upgraded line for the period of month and new month. This month I received two charges for same data line. Old line charge and new charge! I Created a ticket in Cool Zone High Priority yesterday. No courtesy of any response whatsoever. Cool ideas have obviously been caught out at trying to double bill!! But no response not acceptable!!!
Visited Gateway store on 21 April2019 economical lenses not available. Paid for eye test , Tuesday advised by Gateway store that they would be frames would be couriered to the The Marc in Sandton. Up until this evening 26 April 2019 not done. I was advised that Nash would call me, however no call!!! Poor service unacceptable!!
