I made an order on a Sunday night and received feedback my item was shipped on the Monday morning. Great staff and so helfull. My genuine leather bag is BEAUTIFUL and you can see the love that goes into each bag. Would definitely recommend!
I bought a new samsung note 9 in December 2018. Early april it didnt want to connect to bluetooth or wifi and my S pen didnt work. After so much frustration going back and forth doing formats as advised by the Telkom store I had to send my brand new phone in for repairs. After almost 4 weeks I went in to follow up and the phone was already at the branch. Opening my phone I couldnt believe my eyes. The whole screen is scratched. After numerous fights the manager said all she can do is give me a screen protector for free. The lady was busy struggling to put the protector on and after a while I returned to fetch my phone. She advised she was unable to put the protector on my phone as it is too scratched. After another fight they agreed to send my phone back to fix what they messed up. Now after another 3 weeks I get a phone call from the manager to give me a follow up "oh sorry your phone is not bavk yet but they are first doing an investigation now". I am furious. I pay for a device I cant use which was brand new and they just dont care. Telkom is a useless service provider and Samsung are terrible phones. Samsungs complaints department just says oh sorry take it up with Telkom. Thanks Samsung phones are suppose to break within the first 4 months. And if you are with them just pray you never have any service requirements. I will never buy a Samsung ever again.
