Review / Warning: ********* Hiring Experience with Omtalent (Gadi), Talenty (David), and Athennian (Manager Andrew, HR Specialist Arti) I am sharing this review to caution job seekers especially those pursuing remote or international roles about my disappointing experience with Omtalent (recruiter Gadi), Talenty (recruiter David), and their client company, Athennian, specifically involving Manager Andrew and HR Operations Specialist Arti. Despite initial professional appearances and a formal job offer, the process quickly revealed serious red flags, including: Violation of labor expectations: Athennian, through Omtalent and Talenty, made a job offer without following proper legal hiring procedures. Key aspects such as employment contracts, start dates, and terms were vague, delayed, or changed without justification. Unprofessional conduct: Communication from Gadi and David lacked transparency and accountability. After the job offer, they became inconsistent, evasive, and failed to uphold agreed timelines. Andrew (Athennian manager) and Arti (HR specialist) also failed to provide clarity, leaving me in professional limbo. Disregard for labor law compliance: As someone knowledgeable in labor standards, I identified that their hiring process lacked adherence to fair labor practices, potentially exposing candidates to legal and financial risks. This experience has caused unnecessary emotional and professional distress. I strongly urge job seekers to reconsider engagement with these individuals and companies unless clear legal terms, formal documentation, and respectful communication are established from the beginning. Protect yourself by asking for written contracts, verifying employment terms, and being cautious with third-party recruitment services promising remote roles.
The worst manager John. ****** and disrespectful. Claimed his the owner and we must leave the place with absolute rude waiters stating they going to hit us to leave. That is ******* to use violence. The food was terrible it was off. And the manager just didn't want to barge his the most disgusting individual Iv ever met. John stated he can do what he wants to do as he owns the restaurant. I'm writing this review as I would like the owner to address him and his waiters. Disgusting behaviour.
Very pathetic customer service from Ruan and Carol so called managers at new world Menlyn. As I was window shopping I seen a casio calculator on special with a price of R179 on it so as the consultant scanned it, it showed a different price of R239 he said he will speak to his manager because according to good customer service a customer is suppose to pay what they see the price to be. Ruan comes in a hurry to go I don't know where! He refuses to give me that price because apparently a customer is suppose to read the bar codes are different what utter nonsense. I still remained calm as he barged out of the shop to go shopping! The consultant called Carol instead of her explaining the scenario to me she's screaming at the consultant not talking to me saying loud I refuse to sell the casio for R179. I got frustrated instead of her calming the situation down she passes inadequate remarks. A customers a customer and all should be treated with respect and be listened to. If I had to go to any other big retail shop I would of paid for what I seen on the box. Just a heads up to all customers new world menlyn has absolute pathetic customer service and they have an attitude problem. They should make sure staff is labeling items correctly. And get their absolute impudent management checked because both Ruan and Carol cannot handle customers in a correct light as they are suppose to be making the enterprise money. Instead they chasing away customers with their impertinent approach.
