An ugly act of ****** lastnight 09/11/2025 The bartender was extremely spiteful in serving my fiancé and his brother, said certain products were out of stock. Instead of serving what was in stock he continued to ignore & started serving his own kind of people "white". Then when was asked why being denied service he wanted to approach us & then ran to call the bouncer while leaving other people of colour as well not being served. Bouncer said they should leave with no explanation. After spending thousand of rands from 17:30 with a group of 20 of us. When our friends went to find out why apparently service was denied because of being OVER SERVED. Which business over serves. There is no sign saying 5 drinks per customer. WILL NEVER BE RETURNING OR RECOMMEND this ****** place ever again.

Terrible manager John threatening us with violence and swearing
The worst manager John. ****** and disrespectful. Claimed his the owner and we must leave the place with absolute rude waiters stating they going to hit us to leave. That is ******* to use violence. The food was terrible it was off. And the manager just didn't want to barge his the most disgusting individual Iv ever met. John stated he can do what he wants to do as he owns the restaurant. I'm writing this review as I would like the owner to address him and his waiters. Disgusting behaviour.

Ridgeway rooftop, little falls. ****phobic behavior
I have been a customer from 2021 at the Little falls establishment, was I know dragged and humiliated by the new manger I went to the lady's bathroom as I always without problems from 2021 been a client there the new manager who has a month there came in a kicked the bathroom door and was so ****phobic and slur at me saying someone compliant and I was respectful and I said this is my first time hearing this are you sure and he was like you need to leave which I did and the Cctv would show,later on show one of the lady I knew told her apparently I shouldn't be In here when I went to the loo and I was outside little did I know after few minutes the manager instructed the bounce to drag me from the loo without my jack where I was sitting over the stairs people where looking at me and what was happening the bouncer even ruined my shoes and I have evidence to show it even witness to tastify. I AM HUMILLIATED AND STRIPED OFF MY DIGNITY. How do I even show my face after such ****phobic stant am highly dissatisfied with this establishment

Site life can be beautiful and romantic
Waiters are extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the outside seating the most and it is super beautiful when the sun goes down and the lights comes on - definitely romantic!! Food is delicious and portions big - definitely worth it!!!

Waiters are extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the outside seating the most and it is super beautiful when the sun goes down and the lights comes on - definitely romantic!! Food is delicious and portions big - definitely worth it!!!

Pathetic service and experience
Absolutely pathetic and poor service! After arriving at 18:50 pm, we were not met by a waitron to seat us so naturally we seated ourselves. We then proceeded to wait over 40 min to be served at 19:35. During this period, waitrons pass by our table countless times without an ounce of aknowledgement. Food was mediocre and took long to arrive after ordering. Simple orders and requests were not met and were lengthy to fulfill. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience. Definitely will not be returning or recommending this place. Too bad there is no negative star rating.....

Food and Drinks.
The view is stunning, day and especially night time. Service is outstanding. Food absolutely excellent and well priced. Drinks are well priced....... West Rand style. Ideal for viewing Sport. Plenty of seating space. Privacy is respected. Motor GP mad. Good friends of the Binder racing brothers.
