Pathetic service and experience

Absolutely pathetic and poor service! After arriving at 18:50 pm, we were not met by a waitron to seat us so naturally we seated ourselves. We then proceeded to wait over 40 min to be served at 19:35. During this period, waitrons pass by our table countless times without an ounce of aknowledgement. Food was mediocre and took long to arrive after ordering. Simple orders and requests were not met and were lengthy to fulfill. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience. Definitely will not be returning or recommending this place. Too bad there is no negative star rating.....
