We recently travelled to Mozambique and had an incredible experience (way to much fun😁). Our host, Emanuel was excellent, well-spoken, patient and always willing to help. He made sure we were comfortable and handled everything professionally. His hosting skills definitely stood out. There were a few challenges such as, the long bus journey, it was a bit tiring (especially crossing the border on the Maputo side), border patrol is slow, so patience is needed😊 I'd recommend doing Maputo first and ending the trip at Coco Rico Resort for a more relaxing finish. Overall, it was a memorable trip with great people, a great host and beautiful places. With a few improvements in logistics, it would be perfect 😊 #MySecondTripWithRoadtrippersTravel💕

I've been having issues with my wifi router since 24/12/2024. The error message I got was "connected without internet connection". I have been calling 135 ever since. I have spoken with quite a few consultants without any success. I took the router to the nearest MTN branch on 26/12/2024 and received it back this morning with the same issue. I was on the phone with another consultant half an hour ago and she was supposed to call me back and I am still waiting. As a paying customer I am highly dissapointed in the quality of service I'm getting! I did'nt want to come to this platform, but you leave me no choice!

My father has passed on in 2017. Since the beginning of administering of the estate, we asked that the account must be transferred into the name of the surviving spouse. Absa Trust send an email with all the documents through to changeofownership@multichoice.co.za and I also send them an email with no feedback, keep on getting new references. We have also called the contact centre as my late father's account has been closed on Saturday already. Reference number 1859207
I have a Huawei P9 handset on contract at MTN. It was send in for repairs on 25th March 2019. The phone freezes every time pictures are taken and completely shuts down. The battery is ********** After shut down, the battery appears to drain very fast. I received my handset back after 1 month and 5 days. Nothing has been fixed.MTN says I have to send it back for repairs. This is unacceptable. No one is taking any responsibility. What happened to Treating the customer fairly?
