Purchased a dress online that took 3 weeks to be delivered, despite a 2 week from date of purchase return policy. Was then told I can return the item by post at my cost to the nearest store and to send in ID and bank verification letter. Item was couriered to the store and 2 weeks later I still haven’t heard from anyone, I have called numerous times and my emails just go unanswered. So currently they have the dress and my money!!! Very unprofessional service.
Second time in the past month that my order that should have been delivered to Cape Town has been sent to some other address in JHB and DRB. Customer services have said they will try to locate the package by contacting the courier company, so now I sit and wait - not good enough this first occurred over 2 months ago and have had no feedback on the first package.
Received customs email on the 22nd April which was completed and information received. Called Aramex on the 25th April as received a customs clearance delay notification from Amazon and was informed that information has been received. Checked account again on 29 April and no change, today on the 30th April my Amazon profile is saying could not deliver package, more information needed by Aramex. I have received nothing from Aramex asking for information and have called the JHB number at least every 30 minutes from 2pm today and there is no answer, you just get the recorded loop for 15 minutes and then the line goes dead. I would very much like to know where my package is and what information is required for this to be delivered.
