We were worried at first but could not have been more pleased with the service!
We were worried when we read the reviews but in our case the service couldn't have been any better. We received a free upgrade for Monster Jam tickets and they were delivered to us the same day we purchased (which was a day before the event). We received an email straight away outlining the process and were kept up to date by the courier Tony as to when they he was arriving. Would personally recommend.
