Shocking service, since obtaining my wifi package of 50mbs, the most I have obtained is 5Mbs, call after call, they keep opening a ticket, and promise to get back to me, to date, nobody has responded, and the problem remains unsolved. I would not recommend them to anyone. Utter Useless service providers.
I used to bank with Nedbank for many years, then suddenly just found a high level of incompetence, so i closed the account and moved to FNB. Recently i opted to try move back, and literally from day 1 it has been an utter disaster, from not being able to get the app to allow me into the account, and just being pushed from pillar to post. Now that I am able to use the account, I have transferred funds into another account which was on my profile to keep it seperate from my day to day spending, now only to find that when I need to transfer the funds out of that account, it has been frozen. 2 days later, and now I am being told to wait another 24 hours. I have commitments, and now I cannot pay.... This bank is an utter disaster, and I honestly would not recommend it to anyone. Today is Friday, so guess what???? My 24 Hours might only be next week now, and telephonically I get told it is the protocol, and now I must just wait. Shocking, Useless, ***********, and absolutely no desire to continue using this Bank...............................................
Shocking car wash done this morning at the Farrarmere branch. Paid for an Executive SUV wash to be done, only to find the canopy area not washed, or even s**** papers thrown away. After confronting the guy, he says the high pressure washer is broken so that is why he couldn't clean out the back. Shocking. Although I will never support this car wash anywhere again, I should of just Saud, sorry, my card is faulty and can only do half payments. Second time I have had bad service, and rest assured, it is the last. Wish I could post pictures here, but they will be viewable on social platforms, so everyone can see, and be warned of the substandard services.
In February 2024 we purchased x20 trellis tables from Makro online, we have been trying since then till now end of October 2024 to try and find out where they were delivered to, but to date it has been to no avail. Numerous phone calls, Numerous emails, and everyone promises to get back to you, yet nobody responds, and you can never get hold of the same person. Totally PATHETIC. Last ref number : 4532072 Purchase order number: MAK6126725/0189328386. Would I recommend Makro for online. Heck NO...

For 2 weeks now there has been no working scale in the men's change rooms. Keep being told the charging adapter is broken, and a new one has been ordered. Freak man, if the gym cannot afford a simple item like this, then I give up. It does not take 2 weeks to get a charging unit. Give it to me, and I will buy one within a day. Shocking yet again...
Planet Fitness Benoni Northmead. Shocking to arrive here this morning to train, and found most machines out of order due to re-upholstering. Pathetic is an understatement that they choose to cover so many machines at once, and at the free weight section they only have X2 benches available for the whole gym during a peak time. Not sure who made this SHOCKINGLY PATHETIC call, but Clearly they do not train here, or in peak times. Once again I find myself questioning if this actually a place to train. Very seldom is all facilities 100% functional. Frankie's gym would actually be a better place currently. These gyms require better management, and people who actually understand the needs of clients, and not just doing what seems like a good idea, but is actually a PATHETIC idea.
Planet Fitness Northmead Benoni, for the past 2 weeks, has had their showers out of order 3 times, and has been out of order for consecutive days, not just a once off. Pointless wanting to train, shower, and then go to work. We now have to train, and then drive back home to shower. Shocking... Seems to be going the same route as the gym down the road.
Shocking customer service, and false advertising, then takes the suppliers side. I will never support them again
Shocking service, and FALSE advertising. Bought a battery operated leaf blower, only to find there is no batteries or charger in the box. Nowhere on the box does it state this, yet Ryobi just says we must return the item for a refund, but this was specified on the box. Fat chances, and Extremely poor customer service. I will never support Ryobi again, and strongly recommend everyone be cautious when choosing to support this company/product. I am in the crane and steel fabrication business, and have bought numerous Ryobi products, but rest assured I will never support them again
