DO NOT USE IU INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF APP**** SCIENCES
This University fails international students on **** like Formats and not content. They do not assist and just fail people close to the end of their payments. They take forever to respond to appeals and do not give any policies or reasons or processes. You skip one payment and they deregister you. Even if you pass 10 out of 11 subject and fail one subject they deregister you. I would not advise ANY SOUTH AFRICAN to fall for this nonsense . Its a money making nonsense. Do not even try to touch this place . you will waste your time and money. To be honest I think they may be ****ming international students through online degrees.

**** takes your money
Hi I paid 17 out of 19 Invoices in Euro since September 2021. I had until 13 May 2023 to make a double invoice as per their Zoho Online payment portal. When I tried to pay 9 May the cancelled the entire contract on 29 April already and now according to IU i have lost my R32000 I have paid so far. I suggest you dont ever use this University. One payment missed and your entire payments are gone and ****** from you. Im reporting this as a ******** case of ******* and to our Department of Education.

CITY PROPERTY THREATS NOT TAKEN LIKELY
I have a rental agreement with City Property. As a small business they approved my application and requersted I payb atwo deposits. My reny and utilities are up to date and being in the premises for 3 months, I requested that I pay off the second deposit, stressing to them that it is alot to pay all at once. Yet I have received threats instead of service on my request. Threats to vacate, threats that I will be listed on ITC. i HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT AND MY RENTAL AND UTILITIES ARE UP TO DATE, YET i HAVE TO BE TREATENED ON A REGULAR BASIS BY A KEITH CHETTY THREATENING MY LIVELYHOOD. The tribunal needs to step in with City Property honestly.
